And the construction of the walls require no prior carpentry skills so you and your family (or friends) can do this. The factory direct package is fun and exciting to see---built by your own hands!
3. Factory Direct: We only sell log home packages and materials direct from the manufacturer so there is NO middleman. Several of our suppliers also offer free custom plans. You pay us for your custom log home package just like shopping at a log home factory--but we supply our knowledge and expertise.
4. On Site Assistance: You will never be left in the cold with our company. We will have an advisor with you on site during your first day of construction. There will be few surprises; and if you have any questions, we will be there to guide you. We are with you at the start of your project and at the end. You can be confident that your home is built correctly, and be proud of your quality, factory direct log home project.
CUSTOM HOMES THAT YOU DESIGN FROM SCRATCH
- Our design department will start with any plan you may find or even take a sketch and custom draw your home exactly as your needs require.
- We will work with you hand-in hand to be sure your plan is correct and even allow 2 free changes after your initial plan is drawn.
- Your materials are quoted and all checked to be sure that you get what you paid for (the best surprise is no surprise).
- Your $3,500 plan fee is totally applied toward your deposit and with a total of 50% toward the price, your home is put on the Honest Abe cutting schedule.
